How long after cp did you get bfn?

Hi everyone, I got my BFP last week, I started bleeding shortly after but my tests lines continued to progress. My bleeding got heavier the last couple of days, couldn’t get in to see GP so had to go the walk in centre and they basically booked me in to have my bloods done but not until the end of next week.
I thought as I’m so early on that the tests would soon get fainter and negative but I’m still having strong lines on cb and frer.
Although I’m pretty certain that I’ve had a CP I won’t have it confirmed until I’ve had my bloods/ scan(when I’m 6 weeks) so I only have the test to go on atm so I just wondered what other people’s experiences were?

@LIB2020

I went to the early maternity unit where they done a internal scan to confirm my cp...

I started bleeding on a Sunday and they saw me on the Tuesday

They recommend you take a test 2-3 weeks after to ensure your test shows negative as I can take a while for the levels to drop back to 0

@LIB2020

Also I'm so sorry this is happening to you... life can be so cruel 💔
Although bleeding can't always be a bad thing... mine was very very heavy so I knew it was happening when it happened to me

I’m sorry you’re going through this. I had a CP in July and for me, my tests were negative the day I started bleeding.
Good luck, I’m hoping the best for you.

Thanks for your replies
Still getting strong positive this morning but also still bleeding so I know I’m there isn’t any hope of a viable pregnancy but it’s just annoying not knowing what’s going on.
I’ve read that because cps are so early levels can return to normal pretty quickly so I’m just hoping it isn’t more serious like an ectopic!
Think I will leave the testing for a couple of days now.
