Need a bit of advice on what other people think of this test and has anyone else looked like this and it’s progressed?

I can see something I think but it’s hard to say in that lighting. Could you take a different photo in a brighter room?

It seems in the bright light you can see it less for some reason this is the best way I can see it

Done another different test this time and I think I can see faint line again, I'm expected to take my tom in 5 days
