When do you ovulate. Is it 14 days after the last period or 14 days before the next period? Or does it vary?

Usually the luteal phase (between ovulation and 1st day of new cycle) is always the same. 14 days is the average.

Posted too early. As not every woman has 28 day cycle and 14 days luteal phase, there are so many variables. But as a rule of thumb, you ovulate around 14 days before your cycle ends.

My cycle is irregular but my luteal phase (the time between ovulation and my period) is always 11 days. My ovulation day varies depending on the length of my cycle that month but the luteal phase always stays the same. That's how it works for everyone.

Best to use OPKs from CD10 or so and track for a few months to get an idea x
