please explain the ewm in simple terms for me!

have been ttc no2 for 2 years and about to be reffered to clinic. have been checking ewm for a while but can anyone tell me in laymans terms when and what it means? TIA

AFAIK (and I'm no expert) you should get ewcm just before you ovulate, and maybe while you are ovulating.
It helps the sperm to swim and also to live longer.
It is called ewcm because it resembles egg white - it stretches between your fingers and looks like a 'blob'.
