5.5 week scan

Hi ladies - so I went for a 5.5 week scan at the early pregnancy unit yesterday it's a follow up as they suspected an ectopic pregnancy. Luckily everything is in the right place and my gestational sack has grown from hardly being able to see it last week - there wasn't a yolk sack yet but the doctor didn't seem worried and said they would re scan me in a few weeks. She said they hope to see a heartbeat at that scan. Is it normal not to see a yolk sack at this point? I stupidly googled what a 5.5 week scan should look like and most have the yolk sack visible. I have lots of pregnancy symptoms ( nausea tiredness sore nipples and my nipples have also completely changed colour and my breasts are more veiny). Should I be worried about the scan? Hoping for some reassurance so I can get though the next few weeks!!! This is an IVF babe and we've been trying for 2 years.
