BFP after miscarriage?

Hi everyone. To keep things short I found out via a scan that I had miscarried on July 7th. After a week I began my bleed which last a little over a week. After 4 weeks my pregnancy test was still positive and I had medical management. After 2 weeks (and another round of bleeding) I took a test and THOUGHT I had a bfn. DH and I got back in the saddle that day and a few more times that week (for emotional recovery). Today I took another test (one week after DTD first time) and I got a faint line at 3 minutes. I called up EPU but said I probably just didn't really have a negative last time

I am really worried about now needing d&C two months after the MC and want it to be new pregnancy but I know that's not really likely. What do you guy think. Is this a BFP and if so is it probably retained material? They said to wait a week and test again before getting a scan but I feel like this will never end.

No fever or sign of infection...

Meant to add I did a cheapo pink one yesterday as well and got the same barely visible line but only towards the far end of the window (might have been post 5 min before I saw it) but ever so slightly pink in colour....I think!

@AquariusCleo sorry for your loss. I have just gone through 2 miscarriages back to back. The second it took 9 weeks to get a negative pregnancy test. I did have a couple of tests which I thought were negative but the line would reappear the next day. EPU decided to start monitoring my blood to make sure it wasn't a new pregnancy.

I'd be wary of the tests atm until it gets darker but I really hope that is a positive! 7 days after dtd seems quite early to get a positive though. Are they early detection tests?

Thank you. Yes they are both early ones. But even still 7 days seems outside the realm of possibility! I've ordered some digitals for tomorrow to see if I am just crazy. I know it can take a long time to go back to zero in some women but after an ectopic rupture in Easter and now this I am starting to doubt my sanity a bit on this stuff.
