44yrs trying for our first any advice

So I’m 44 ttc our first baby nothing wrong with either of us so we have unexplained infertility.. we had 3 mmc one we fell naturally one from IUI and the other from Ivf so we can get pregnant … no more money left for fertility treatment… anyone out there in a similar boat or any success stories in there 40’s ?

Have you been investigated for endometriosis? I had this and only found out after trying for 5 years and going through one failed IVF treatment. My infertility was in fact explained, at that point.

No I have spoken in lengths and been advised my periods have always been so regular and I have one day of pain nothing else and no other problems they ruled that out …, what where you symptoms as sometimes I think I have it

Have you had any investigations into your recurrent losses? We've struggled to conceive and had recurrent losses, technically we're unexplained even though we have naturally conceived 4 times. I was found to have an overactive immune system which essentially means my body attacks the babies, so I need immune suppression to support a pregnancy.
