Have I ovulated? BBT

Hello, I'm brand new to temping and BBT charts, it's cycle 2 of trying for baby #1. I had a chemical last cycle. Prior to that I was on birth control for 8 years so didn't have a regular cycle, but before that I always had a really short cycle of about 21 days. Does it go back to that? Does this look like I've ovulated already?

Hello! Can I ask what you use to temp with? Just checking as your temps seem very low and looks like they're in increments of 0.1?

It's unlikely to ovulate at CD6 but that's what it currently looks like per this pattern - it could be a false start and the pattern will correct itself later or your cycles are a bit wonky still post pill.

Are you using opks at all?

@Juno231Thanks for replying! I use a digital oral thermometer (if that's what it's called?). I only started charging on CD 4 so that low dip before the high is actually CD10, does that make a difference? I'll keep going and just see what happens

@ckhw ah that makes sense. Just a head's up that you're meant to use a BBT thermometer - they're about £10 on amazon.

CD10 makes a lot more sense - and yes I'd say it's likely you ovulated then and it lines up quite well with you returning to a 21 day cycle actually. Best of luck and I hope your TTC journey is short!
