I’m so confused on what this means can anyone help?

Honestly never seen a horizontal line before, did it come up within the time frame? These tests are notorious for strong evaps, got a few myself before. But never a horizontal one, sorry.

Looks like a faulty test. Honestly I would send CB that picture and demand a refund. And also, you need to test again, sorry :)

I'd say invalid & test again.
