Hi ladies,

You know the drill after this long haha! All of us ladies are ttc after miscarriage (whether that's MMC, MC, TFMR, ectopic or CP)

Progesterone only from a bfp for 16 weeks and my blood clotting test results came back nagitive so don't need them 💚

Managed to get some progesterone prescribed and been prescribed 5mg folic acid.
I've been googling and I am concerned with the size of the baby. Basically the CRL is almost half what it should have been...which is an indicator of first trimester miscarriage. I'm not optimistic about this pregnancy guys think it's going to be another loss. Scan in 12 days time. I don't feel sick or anything, again not great signs as even with my MMC I had nausea. DH thinks I'm not being positive enough. I think I'm being realistic.

Hopefully it's just a slow grower and will catch up on your next scan.
I know how that feeling is when you just know something is not right but hopefully you get good news in 12days get the progesterone started xx

Sorry it's been a while! We've had a bit of a month off - want to go on holiday in May with family so don't want to be heavily pregnant then (ha! Chance would be a fine thing!) But obviously have still dtd and not used protection but am not expecting much. @Babyghirl glad your app went well so what's the next step for you guys? What are the extra tests for again? @PeanuttyButter I'm sorry you're feeling a bit down about it all and worrying - I think I'd feel the same way but definitely stay away from Dr Google!! Hopefully baby will catch up in time for the next scan 🤞 I sometimes feel the more early scans and info we have the more we have to worry about so try to stay positive. @Annny27 @Miscarriage39 how are you ladies doing? It's 2 weeks until my mc due date so I'm dreading that coming around.. really thought I would be pregnant again by now :(

Hello everyone, what's your experience been with GP's when you want extra support with a pregnancy after mc.
At the start of the month I was referred to start the process to find out why I keep mc'ing. However I am no pregnant again and I have been asked for early pregnancy care, what ever it looks like. Explained how I'm living in fear, not sleeping and every bathroom trip is a nightmare as I'm expecting to see blood.
All she kept saying was that she was no pregnancy expert and if its going to happen it's going to happen. Made me feel real good and reasurred.... Not!
She said I've already been referred so there is no point doing another. My point was that referral was for mc investigation not early pregnancy.
I don't really know what I need but I know from research women who are supported and have early intervention tend to have better pregnancies.
I had to go sit in my car and have a good cry. I feel like no one cares, to them it's just another patient but it's my babies life.
Am I expecting too much?
PS I'm 5 weeks 5days I think and have morning diarrhoea every morning this week so far, is this notmal? No other symptoms, I know it's early but I just want my boobs to swell or something so I feel pregnant.

Unfortunately none from your gp they did not give me no help on my 4th pregnancy and that was after 3 losses went on to loss that to, you can get her to email the gyno and hopefully they will get in touch with ur gp to give your progesterone but they won't hand it out themselves xx

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Pmsl that made me laugh I had another ultrasound on Tuesday and they said abot the heart shape uterus so wants and mri to diagnos it and see how it looks 💚

Update from me... no anniversary bfp. Back onto trying. I was sick on Tuesday and was like omg it's our anniversary and imagine it I am!!!! Turns out I think I ate something bad and it made me ill!!🙄 we're away in Cornwall at the moment and on the last days of our week away. Feel refreshed and feel like this is a good break ready to get back to hopefully a BFP in a couple of weeks!

@Babyghirl she did! I ended up having a 3 day period which isn't like me and thought I'm definitely pregnant this time! But nope! Glad to have the break!

I had a weird cycle this month started spotting on CD 20 came full on cd23 to 💚

Cycle no....god knows has started. ☹️ hopefully get my hospital appointments soon

@Babyghirl hello lovely well I am a little depressed this week as I would of been due my first ectopic by next Sunday so keep feeling glum when I see these pregnant women around but I am keeping busy had that horrible virus that's been going round so been unwell for a few days not covid related just a nasty bug.. my son has his grammar test today so been supporting him I am lucky to have my boys I don't like talking about my live children on here as it can be distressing to others and I also feel guilty as I feel like I have no reason to be depressed about my losses when I have 2 already but was told by a lovely counsellor that I shouldn't feel that way as secondary infertility happens... op is in 16 days very nervous about that one and what might happen and if I am beyond repair just everything feels uncertain and up in the air so anxiety is at a high I hope I am still fertile enough if I am we will be trying again in a few months time. How are you been have you had anymore tests etc?? Xx

So after what has felt like forever I finally had my 6 week scan today and they saw an embryo, yolk sac, a steady heartbeat...everything as it should be for a change!!! I know it's still very early but 3/4 of my miscarriages have been at around 5.5 weeks before they saw a heartbeat and when I miscarried at 8 weeks I didn't realise I was pregnant that month so had been doing a lot of things I wouldn't have if I'd known about that pregnancy. So it's a breakthrough for me, despite still being very early! I had to pay for a private scan as it was too difficult for me to keep getting time off work for NHS scans (I'm self-employed). It was lovely to have a private scan for a change! So quick! Hardly any waiting around! I wish I could afford to go private every time! Having said that, I can't drive so it costs me about £30 in ubers to get there and back and this scan was on special offer for about £50! (From about £79). Happy to celebrate today anyway! Really hoping this is my precious Rainbow Baby xxxx

@Spotsmama I asked my GP for progesterone and she said she couldn't prescribe it but she contacted a gynaecologist who prescribed it for me so that's how I got my first progesterone and aspirin prescription. I hope you can get a prescription for what you need that way. Xx
