Hello all!!

After nearly 24 months TTC I have my first doctors appointment this week to talk about it. Does anyone have any experience of this and what they might ask??

I've noted down my last 12 cycle dates and lengths, whether I ovulated or not and anything else I can think of. I've never been diagnosed with anything but I suspect PCOS perhaps (cycles from 28 days to 59 in the last 12, very heavy, not ovulating every month) but don't want to go in self diagnosing!

I am definitely over thinking this, but wondering if anyone else has been in the same boat?

Hi

I've been ttc for 14 months and have just had all my tests from GP.
GP asked about my cycle, length/heaviness of AF, how regularly we DTD, if I have been pregnant before (or if DP had children).
GP sent me for day 3 (LH, FSH, estradiol) and day 21 (progesterone). My GP didn't realise certain bloods need to be done on certain days (so be aware). I also had Thryoid, full blood count, prolactin, and other bloods looking at testosterone and other androgen levels.
Was also sent for STI check and pelvis/transvaginal ultrasound.

DP was sent for semen analysis.

Hope this helps x
