Going mad!

Hi all
Not sure if I'm going crazy here so would appreciate advice. I had a mc on the 8/8 I have the strangest feeling that I'm pregnant feeling queasy and period like cramps.
I have done a test which looks like it has a barely there line (hardly there so could be nothing) but I appreciate it's still really early. Does anyone have any experiences of this? Thank you

How many dpo are u? Im 4dpo today iv been getting lower back aches few in my belly in the night , also stringy discharge I just don't no if it's early sign of pregnancy or cus I'm due on 12th 🤷🏻‍♀️ iv also done a test and see the faintest line BUT could be evap lines as don't think we'd get a positive this early on x

I think I'm 8 but hard to know for definite post mc it's been a confusing month! Yes I think it's too early isn't it. Good luck :) x
