Hello I'm posting on behalf of my friend,
She had a surgical abortion over a year ago now she's trying for a baby, can the abortion effect her fertility due to the abortion she had? Some answers would be nice please as she's only starting to try from this month.

I'm curious as to why you're asking for your friend - wouldn't it be easier for her to talk to her GP? I don't think anyone can give you an answer on that.

She called her gp and they said for her to keep trying 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have sent her link to download this app as she's had a lot of misscarrages also she just doesn't feel comfortable personally asking for herself

I conceived the month after my surgical abortion. There is little to no chance of it affecting future fertility. Wish her good luck! Pregnancy/conceiving after loss hard x
