Got a positive ovulation test top one and I can see a faint line on the hcg pregnancy test bottom but clear blue now many weeks are saying I’m not pregnant what should I do am I pregnant?

I can see a line and generally, if there is a line it means you are pregnant. Maybe it just didn’t detect it with the clear blue one just yet. I found the ovulation ones would have a line when I was pregnant too. They worked for ovulation and pregnancy I found!

What do you mean by that? That ovulation tests work as a pregnancy test? I can’t get anymore until tomorrow now all the shops are closed due to bank holiday what does this mean

On a molecular level hcg and LH are very similar and an ovulation test often can't tell the difference hence why you can get a positive ovulation test and be pregnant x

Ovulation tests can pick up a pregnancy.
Your best testing first thing on a morning, may be too soon for it to show on a digital.
I can see a faint line on your first HCG one so all you can do is keep testing every morning.
Put the ovulation tests down and just do the pregnancy ones.

You've just done that test yeah?
Sometimes in the early days you only show a positive with your first urine.
Don't do any more tests today and do one with your first wee tomorrow.
Relax, yes it's a mind fuck but your freaking out. See what happens in the morning

Yeah that’s possible but this happened to me a few weeks back I tested in the morning it was very faint positive then I tested 2 more times in that day was negative then I tested the day after in the morning and that was negative too

Hello op. Hopefully things will work out in your favour 🤞🏻 anyway did u put the ovulation strip and pregnancy test next to one another, by any chance perhaps? It somehow will cause the dye to transfer though, causing false positive on the pregnancy test. If it isnt the case, you might do another test in a day or two to see the hcg progressing. No I did they both separate I got 2 negatives tho after that faint positive I don’t know what to do or what it means

Hi @Xojademarshxo how many DPO are you now? I’d suggest getting hold of a first response early test and doing it tomorrow morning - either first or second morning pee (I find my second is more constrained) and if that’s negative just wait for AF. Good luck!

Should show up on a first response if you’re pregnant now but might not on a normal pregnancy test as you’ve not missed your period yet

I did a first response this morning and a faint line has appeared. I’m 8 days away from a period could this be a BFP very early as I’m 9DPO but couldn’t help myself as this is the 3rd cycle for us trying. Hopefully this is a positive test and last few months I’ve never had any faint lines I’ve had to really look for one that wasn’t even there.

Tried a clear blue this afternoon and this came up! Is this an evap line or BFP came up after 3 minutes but I’ve heard awful things about evap lines with clear blue x

No one can tell you @kksamkk. Probably a real line since is within 3 min. Now WAIT and test again in a couple of days.
