Before I drive myself insane, would early pregnancy symptoms be different when breastfeeding to normal? Daughter is 13 months and still bf but period hasn't returned. I've been feeling horrific today, nauseas, dizzy and back pain. The last few days feeding has been more painful than usual, latch is no different but hurts every time she latches on.
I've also taken to drinking tea the last couple days which is bizarre, I'm a total coffee addict usually.
