Am I pregnant?

Can you get false negative pregnancy tests on day 40 of your cycle? I have a 30 day cycle but not sure when I ovulated this month. On day 40 right now, no sign of my period. But 4 amazon cheapies have come back negative, and having constant waves of nausea which isn't usual for me. Any ideas? Is it unheard of to get a false negative at the point? DH pulls out and has done so for 9 years, so pregnancy not necessarily likely but possible.

At 10 days overdue, you should get a clear positive. Did anything happen this cycle, new vitamins, covid jab, illness?

I’m also CD 40, no signs of AF and negative tests. Driving me mad!

Are they the same pack? I had Amazon cheapies tell me I wasn't pregnant when I was. Tried another, got positive and complained to Amazon for a refund.

I got negative on those cheap ones when CB digital said 1-2 weeks

May be just a later period, but I would try a different brand personally

Ah my nc didn't work. So annoying. Thanks everyone! They were from the same pack yeah. I've ordered a new pack cos I'm out! I'll give updates when I have any haha. Had some random spotting for a few days but I'm thinking my periods just late.

Yeah I had my second jab. The first one didn't effect my cycle but possibly this one is!

Just realised I did a test this morning because I've not come on (although mine is after stopping my pill, I would normally bleed by now) but I had my second jab just under a month ago, so may be why.

@Josiemac93 it's possible that it can cause a delay - so many women experience it. I think it depends on when in the cycle you got the jab, before or after ovulation in order to have an impact.

It was right in my fertile window. Not sure if it was before it after. But I've just tried a negative first response so I think it's pretty safe to say I'm not pregnant!

My last cycle was 104 days long, I took so many tests before my period came. I think sometimes if you're under stress your body will do funny things

@Josiemac93 Yeah I don't think it's a coincidence. I hope you'll have your answer soon. The 2ww is agonising enough, no need for an additional week there.
