Feel like I'm going crazy

So I've had this overwhelming feeling I'm pregnant (not actively trying). I have had dull cramps/tugging pains for 15 days now, 100% I've had some very faint positives, will post pictures soon as I can, (new member so
Have to wait). I've been feeling sick here there and actually thew up a few times, my boobs have new stretch marks so definitely bigger.. just can't shake the feeling I am..

Anyone else just knew they were pregnant or am I crazy?

At is due on soon so I guess I'll know myself for sure, just can't shake this gut feeling and don't know why

Well if you're having positive tests, I don't see how that would make you crazy? :)

I was very dizzy and lightheaded before I realised I was pregnant. And the breast tenderness and just felt really off! Fingers crossed for you x

Kinda unsure if I have major line eyes or I did see faint positives, I'm waiting for more tests to Come today

I got a clear bfn this afternoon, think I've just convinced myself I'm pregnant, (not even trying so not sure of why I feel this way)

Doubled checked and af is due in 3 days so just going to wait for her to show.

No testing yesterday but did on Wednesday
