How often should I test for ovulation?

Is there any benefit to doing it more than twice a day?

I think trial and error at first until you get to know your cycles. I always just tested once a day at around 6pm. My surge normally lasts a while so I would get 2 days of positives so I now know I’m unlikely to miss it testing once a day. I would start once a day and if you have a problem then you can up it
