Ovulation test - what should I do?

I've just used my last clear blue advanced ovulation stick and have had 6 days of flashing smiley, now on CD26. Last few cycles have been 33 days but I think between the covid jab and the hysteroscopy I had a few weeks ago it's delayed it. What should I do now? Should I fork out more money on another cb test? Get cheapies? If not how often should I do the deed to make sure I'm covered?

I would buy more but if not then DTD every other day to make sure you are covered. If you’ve had 6 days of flashing smileys it can’t be far off!

@Hopefulhedgehog thank you. The question is when do I stop dtd every other day haha

@applesandbananays a day after positive ovulation test I'd say :)

@applesandbananays another week? Maybe just buy more tests!

Just incase you didn't know too..

If you buy a new pack of tests, make sure you use the same holder as before. It works by measuring changes over a period of testing so if you use the new holder it loses all that info.

A few people been caught out by that and panicked when it showed a blank circle (the holder will always show a blank circle on the first use).
