TTC after miscarriage

I recently suffered a miscarriage in beginning of June, sadly my baby stopped growing at 8 weeks 4 days gestation. I started my first period since on August 10th and wanted to start tracking but bleeding has been on and off, bits of clot, only just today starting to maybe see an end 🙁 I used to ovulate on day 18 but will I now have to start tracking again, cycle be different to what it was before? Any not too expensive prenatals to try? Or advice? We lost our 7 week old daughter last year to sepsis and was desperately wanting another baby and still do but this miscarriage has really thrown me and feel completely back to the start. Any mum advice would be amazing from anyone who’s been through similar?

I just wanted to say I'm so sorry for the loss of your daughter last year and your recent miscarriage - you have been through so much & I'm so sorry for that and how much pain you have been through. I don't have much advice but I did conceive following on from a miscarriage - I didn't track properly so don't know if went straight back to normal but I kept an eye out for egg white cervical mucus and just had sex regularly once I'd stopped bleeding. Hopefully someone will be along with some better advice soon! I found the emotional impact of a miscarriage really hard even without your experience of losing a child before that so I hope you have lots of love and support around you and are taking things gently on yourself. I wonder if you keep bleeding for a long time it might be worth checking in with GP though? In terms of prenatals I think there are some supermarket own brands which might be cheaper or alternatively could take just Vitamin D and Folic Acid separately as think those are the most important ones and can be cheaper to get hold of. Good luck with everything!
