Hi ladies, just wanted to vent really in a space where I know there are people who will know how I feel. I started cramping last night and they're quite strong today. I think it's af coming early again but tbh, not long off the pill so I know it may take a while for my body to get back to 'normal'. Just got me down a bit as I never have these cramps this early 😔 xx

I came off the pill 2 weeks ago and literally had stomach cramps and bloating for a week! Patiently waiting for my cycle to return back to normal!

@Peonies94 Hi and thank you for replying. It's horrid when you first come off. I had all pregnancy symptoms when I first came off. Then I had my first bleed exactly two weeks later. Had all the signs of ovulation this month though which is great. I hope your returns asap for you ❤️ xx

No problem. I’m glad you said that, because I have felt the same! So glad! Hope mine returns soon, it’s horrible waiting isn’t it!

@Peonies94 yes it is, time seems to be going so much slower. Yes my symptoms coming off were intense, all pregnancy type and super emotional. I had read somewhere on here that it might be like that so was nice to be prepared for it and know that I was going crazy at the time. Just waiting on af now, lots of cramping today but don't think she's due until between 5 and 8 days more so really odd xx

Definitely going so slow. Yeah that’s good you knew! I didn’t know what was happening to me! Let me know how you get on!
