I've had a MC a few months ago and it's difficult watching the months go by without a positive result but now I'm just telling myself that each month is an opportunity to lose another few pounds and be even healthier when I am successful 😊 it's really helping!
A new job working from home and all the lockdowns have meant the weight has piled on!
My plan: start C25K again after going on a running strike when my marathon was cancelled 🤣 30 day yoga challenge. Will do a few gym workouts too when I can. Reducing carbs and keeping calories around 1300-1500 weekdays and 1800 at weekend. X
