Want to start trying for DD2

Hi all, I had DD1 4 years ago. It was an abusive relationship and we didn't TTC. I came off my contraceptive patch due to headaches and caught that same month. Now I'm happily settled with my lovely partner that I met in work; he's an RGN and I work for my local council as a senior care practitioner. We wish to try for a baby. It will be his first. He loves my DD as his own and it fills me with joy! I've never done the ovulating counting thing before but want to know all the best things to optimise our opportunities. Thanks in advance 💖

Just realised I put DD2. We only have girls in my family for some reason so I'm completely assuming the next DC with be a DD 😂

Exciting! I'd just start by tracking when your fertile window is in one of the many apps (based on period dates) and if nothing happens after a few months step it up with the ovulation sticks etc...

Start taking folic acid if you're not already too.
