Unusually sore before AF? And other TMI

Sorry for the length!
So AF is due in 5 days and my boobs hurt so bad, mostly on the outer sides radiating to my armpits, sometimes all over. Normally I don't have any breast pain before my period at all, and if I do it might be some slight tenderness if they get bumped or something. Nothing like this.

Last week I came down with some sort of cold, had congestion, aches, and was so tired I was taking multiple 3 hour naps a day for a few days. Got a COVID test to be safe, came back negative. Was feeling better then the tiredness hit me again earlier today... All other symptoms gone, still a little stuffy now and then. Anyway... I also noticed a few days ago when I went to the restroom a couple of times and wiped I had a LOT of discharge, like ovulation eggwhite, not any sort of thrush or infection. I am far past ovulation (I'm very regular and track my cycle) and typically don't have any discharge like this right before AF. (Sorry for TMI). Also peeing more than usual, but have also been trying to hydrate more so that could easily cancel that out.

I know all of these can be signs but I have a copper IUD so the likelihood of a bfp is slim to none, except it is past it's 10 year expiration mark by a few months, but I've been told they can be effective for up to 12 years. I had an old test that I took that was a bfn, but the test was expired and it's still early... So.

TLDR; my boobs are crazy sore right before AF mostly around the sides and into my armpits, and they never hurt before my period. Other weird symptoms that could all be early signs but the main one I'm curious about is the soreness. What's your experience with sore breasts when you were expecting AF, when that is not your norm?
