Those who have used the tests —

How many blank circles did you have before you got a flashing smiley?

This is the 4th day for me and I’m going stir crazy already !

7 this month . CD7-13. Irritating as hell, but I figure it's a good thing to build up a decent lining before ovulation.

I don't find it particularly consistent each month, it's ranged from 1-7. If you don't know how rapidly your LH spikes it might be worth testing twice a day to make sure you find the peak.

I never get flashing, only static- I start from about day 7 then usually get static from 12-14.

I know they are expensive but the digital machine is great, I used the sticks and never got my smilie face so caved and bought the machine, you can also use them to do pregnancy tests but they don't let you use it to test early which also helped refrain me from constantly testing!

I've had 12 flashing before I got a static one month....
