Very faint lines or dodgy tests?

Hey ladies,

I'm a terrible early tester during the horrid 2WW and have been going insane these last couple of days... I got what I thought was a very faint line on a clear blue ultra early test 8/9 DPO... Was excited but still doubtful as after searching the Internet I learned that this type of test is known to give people 'false positives' 🤦🏻‍♀️ I took an internet cheapie as I've run out of my other tests and I swear I see a very faint line again (I'm 10 dpo)! I know I need to wait a couple more days and test again, but I feel like if I was pregnant and with my period looming they should be darker... which makes me believe they are indents and I've been unlucky!

I've attached the clear blue one, but the cheapie today is hard to see on camera 📷

I can see it and it would fit in line with 8/9DPO. Can you go and grab a FRER pink dye? At 10DPO it’d very likely show a line.

@Clarkey86 I'm glad I'm not going mad haha! I used a FRER yesterday but couldn't see anything, but today there is this annoying very very faint line on my cheapie 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 It's driving me nuts! Keep getting these waves of nausea hit me too, but it's probably me mind playing tricks on me 😂 Will order some more before the week is up if Mother Nature hasn't reared her ugly head!

Yea I can see the line on that one too! Strange that the FRER isn’t showing. I’d keep trying with FRERs over a couple of days.

People will tell you to stop testing and wait a few days but I was obsessive

@Clarkey86 Yeah I'm terrible too haha! Have you got your BFP yet!? 🥰 Will keep you posted, just have this feeling that they are indents or something 😩

Ahh yes I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant and have a 4 year old :) But I did love the excitement of testing!

Those easy@home tests are usually pretty good, very sensitive and reliable. Have you tried again today?

@Clarkey86 Congratulations! How exciting, and yes I remember it well too with my DS, hes 2.5 now, so we thought it was time for another 😂

@Noodella18 Yeah I thought the same too, but I got a negative this morning on a FRER, plus a little bit of spotting 🤦🏻‍♀️ (11 DPO today) so I think I may be out... Only time will tell, feel really deflated today that another months coming to an end... Hopefully we will have better luck next cycle 😞🙏🏻
