I'm 6DPO today have had lower back pain and cramps in lower abdomen today. Have felt terribly nauseous tonight and boobs are sore. Is it possible to get symptoms this early??

Possibly. This month I have been consciously ignoring potential symptoms because I got so obsessed with them last month that I think I was imagining half of them. That said, I felt a pain I couldn't ignore in my uterus area at 6DPO, it only lasted about 10 mins or so.
I am now 8DPO and my uterus starting twitching about an hour ago and is still doing it. It's like a eye twitch/spasm.
I am so excited by this, I don't want to move in case they stop, so I am googling the hell out of this as a symptom instead haha.

You can implant from 6DPO so it's possible.

Aw thanks for your reply. I was also symptom spotting like mad that cycle but AF came with a vengeance yesterday right on time so we try again this month. Going to give smep method a try this month. Have u tried that?

Any update has AF came or did you get bfp? X
