cycle length help?
so I'm CD3
AF in June was 5th
AF in July was 1st
AF in Aug was 14th
On the 1st I had spotting for a couple of hours on the 3rd I got opks delivered for the 1st time the test was almost positive didnt get positive then went more and more negative AF Came the 14th I think the opks detected I just ovulated and the spotting was ovulation related as my AF came 2 weeks later.
I'm just uncertain how long my cycles are to work out when I should start with my opks this cycle can anyone offer any advice?
