I've got the day 21 projesterone blood test form, is that day 21 of my cycle?

Only if you have a 28 day cycle - mine are shorter, so I went on cd19 and it confirmed ovulation. If you have a longer cycle, push it back to about 7 days before you expect your period 🤞

@VenusStarr this months cycle was 27 days and last months was 23 days. Want to make sure I go on the right day as when I've gone other times it was on the wrong day so then had to wait til the next month. X

If you track ovulation you want to go 7 days after ovulation. Day 21 is if you have a text book 28 day cycle with ovulation on day 14.
My cycles range from 27-36 days. I actually had this done last month and went 8 days after ovulation. It came back ok.

@LemonDrizzle44 I have been tracking ovulation, my cycles can vary from time to time,so I'd have to be sure to go on the right day.
