Trying to track.. mucus or semen???

How on earth can I track my mucus when I'm having sex daily so there's clearly semen coming back out too 🤦🏾‍♀️ is it even possible? I know I probs don't need to if I'm doing it daily anyway but still, it's hard not to be obsessive 😅

Semen absorbs into toilet paper, whereas mucous sits on top.

I remember going through this . Basically at some point you start to distinguish them via colour/smell/viscosity/stretchiness. Sorry. It’s one of the most ridiculous things about TTC for me.

@Elouera no way I didn't know that! But the next day it's all kinda liquid anyway so I feel it merges into one 😅

Fertile mucous is like egg white, you can lift it off your pants with your fingers and it's stretchy, will stretch between your fingertips. Often starts the day after your period stops.

Try the sperm meets egg plan. Worked twice for me but it requires some commitment!

I spot/bleed for a week after my period (that's stopped now) so I don't really know if my discharge starts til after then or not, I have been leaking but as I say, unsure about what's semen and what's me.. think I did today, thick creamy but not sticky.. I think 🤔

I second the SMEP! Google it, we did that (but did every day for a few extras to be sure!) it worked quite quickly for us, too 😊
