EWCM 2 days AFTER ovulation

Hi everyone!
Just wondering is anyone else has ewcm up until 2dpo?
I know it’s usually present before and during O but is a day or 2 after O normal?
This is second month TTC and have noticed some both times until 2dpo.
Currently 4dpo ttc#3.

I thought I had ovulation on a certain day , but then a few days later I had what I believe is EMCW so now I am really confused! Also been having very odd symptoms so even more confused! My periods is die in 6 days so didn't think it was possible to ovulate this late.

@Km12345 it’s very confusing! Do you track ovulation with opk/app/temping?
I have never really taken too much notice of ewcm except these last 2 cycles while TTC, do you often get ewcm after predicted ovulation day?
I use an opk and always seem to O 2 days after the first smiley face (cb digital for LH only).
My cycles also always 28/29 days so ovulation seems pretty accurate based on opks.
Having ecwm after O seems impossible though?! Hoping that doesn’t mean in totally out of a chance this month as only BD’d up to day of O.
I carried on taking Ovulation tests and they remained negative after initial surge, so don’t think it’s a case of not ovulating and body trying to again which can apparently sometimes happen.
Also, I always have ovulation pains every cycle that coincide with O. So from everything I can tell, I did O on the predicted date...
This ewcm 2dpo have really confused the hell out of me 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had this this month and now my period is late (loads of BFNs!) so pretty sure I didn’t actually ovulate when I think I did but did when I got my EWCM.

Are you temping as well? You probably need to get all the data together to be sure, because the norm is (as you know) for EWCM to disappear immediately after.

In my case I occasionally had EWCM at funny times… I’m now 30 weeks with fraternal twins conceived two days apart. It was likely my body chucking out a second egg.

Oh dear- sorry! That would make sense that you may have ovulated late if AF is late...
How long after your predicted O did you experience more EWCM?

@TheWayTheLightFalls you’re right, I should start temping as it’s the only way to know for sure if you did indeed ovulate on the predicted date.

Hey ladies!

I'm in the same boat. I've had EWCM since last sunday!! I got a high OPK on sat morning and thought I could finally have a rest from all the baby dancing but seem to have had more today

I usually get it for 2/3 today's not 8!!
