HCG 484 at 14 DPO

Is HCG 484 too high at 14 DPO? I have a week cervix and lost my last pregnancy at 18 weeks. I have been reading, high HCG suggests twins which isn't good news for me coz my cervix can hardly hold one baby. Any ideas?

So my HCG at 4 weeks was 173.
It can suggest twins but you also could of had a quick/early implanter.
Do you have twins in the family?

I tracked my ovulation. Possible the implantation happened early. Fingers crossed. I have to wait 2 weeks to find out in US

It could be very likely twins op if your one yourself!
Did they speak to about a cervical stitch?

Nothing about the stitch yet. However, I am considering getting a TAC. I live in New York and the closest TAC specialist is in Chicago. I have an HCG appointment in a couple of hours. I will know a little more today. Twins are definitely exciting. But given my weak cervix, it is highly risky
