Faint line at 15dpo?

Elsie2021 · 10/08/2021 06:55

I have tested this morning at 15dpo. I normally only have around an 11day LP and my temperature is still high so I was hopeful.
I can see a line, but it is faint. Is it too faint for 15dpo? I’m worried it could be a chemical :(

We had a missed miscarriage at 12 weeks earlier in the year and my test for that pregnancy was very strong at 14dpo.

Needing a bit of a handhold. Xx

That looks like the positives I had with my last two pregnancies !!

Sending you positive vibes x

Some things I've learnt on my TTC journey (I've also had multiple chemicals / early losses) is that sometimes afternoon urine (after a long hold) gives a stronger result than first morning urine.
Also FRER tests tend to give stronger lines than other tests.

Or perhaps you ovulated late and you're not actually 15dpo?
How do you track your ovulation?

I clicked reply too fast. What I was going to say the positives I have had on these strips took a while to get stronger. I kept re testing every other day. And also used a clear blue digital after a week and got the co formation on that I have attached photos of what mine started as and finished up as after 10 days of testing

I think they are pretty strong @Elsie2021, congrats! My guess is that is you took a first response your lines would be very dark.

Elsie2021 · 10/08/2021 19:34

Thank you so much for your replies ladies! Feeling a bit better now.

Whatever will be, will be. All I can do is wait!

That’s about right for those tests.

LuluF91 · 10/08/2021 20:43

I didnt have the best positives on them either, used clearblue and Tesco's own and got glaringly obvious ones. I had the same worries as you due to previous loss. Good luck!!

Moonshine160 · 10/08/2021 21:22

I had tests that looked just like those, so did a First Response and had a really strong line on that. They look positive to me :)

Elsie2021 · 12/08/2021 09:11

I’ve continued testing and did an FRER this morning too.

The FRER looks good I think, but my IC looks even lighter than two days ago so not feeling very positive.

Any thoughts?

Go with the frer. It's the more reliable test and that's a VERY good line x

The cheap ones could be less dye in that test or your wee could have been just a bit more diluted then the last time. That frer is very good x
