Damaged pregnancy test

Hi, I've been trying to get pregnant for a while now, I have endometriosis but have been told I should be fine getting pregnant, I've come to do a pregnancy test today and it looks like the test have gotten wet. I've been using wondfo pregnancy test, it has turned slightly pink. Could Anyone tell me if they think it has gotten wet and will this effect the test. Thanks

How's it got yet? Yes it will ruin the rest.

Hi, I had the box of them on the side of my sink and the box got wet from that but didn't think it would effect the test inside. I'm trying to load a picture of them but it won't let me. It's pink just after the max testing line.
