I'm 15 dpo and due AF today or tomorrow. I've had lots of symptoms the last week making me think I might be pregnant and then today I've had some spotting (looks a little different to my usual AF blood). Does anyone think it could be implantation bleeding or do you think it's too late for that?

Not sure about implantation bleeding. If you have any cheap tests to hand, would it be worth taking one?

At 15dpo if you're pregnant you should get a pretty decent line.

I know your AF is due tomorrow anyway but I know I would drive myself mad & let my mind run wild with all the symptom spotting even just for 1 day.
