Im in limbo. Been TTC for 5.5 years, with no joy. Fertility clinic finally put me on clomid this year and an currently on my second cycle. First cycle 50mg days 2-6 didn't work. Second cycle, they told me it also didn't work 100mg days 2-6. They said no chance, and that probably means that next month won't work either even by increasing dose to 150mg. They will then withdraw treatment. Absolutely devastated. Spent 2 days in bits. Then had EWCM out of the blue. I called them and they bought me in for another scan. My follicle was still growing and they were scratching their heads, so bought me in for another scan 4 days later, and again my follicle had continued to grow. Scratching their heads again saying this shouldn't be happening. They said it's not likely I will ovulate but at this stage anything can happen so have 2 blood tests booked in to check. Has this happened to anyone else and did you end up ovulating? Blood tests booked 13/8 and 17/8. Would like to hear some similar stories.
