TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

The price of your bus pass is an embarrassing story please, doesn’t have to go be TTC related but can you beat breaking a guy’s banjo in a BJ or whilst DTD?! 🤞🏻🙌🏻

Is an ice bath tempting @2020mission what kind of a question is that!! Is an ice bath EVER tempting 😜🤪😆but yes would prob help! The bath here is just a standard bath, I actually had a bath at the other house on Friday to wash my hair cos I love it so much...the bathroom here should become our en-suite so there's gonna have to be new bathroom thoughts!

Back to work tomorrow for me, last week pre mat leave!!! Checked my emails earlier and really wished I hadn't, it's properly stressed me out, DH has told me not to worry about it as I can just do as much as I can during my last week!

Had to put on my big girl pants and sort myself out earlier. Been feeling so poorly the last couple days, tired, headaches, bump so achy and sore and not sleeping. Was struggling for breath earlier too, done x 2 covid tests and both negative so know it isn't that. 😔

Good luck @Kirky658, DH is right, you’ve only got a week so it’s really just admin to make sure you’ve handed everything over as best you can. Don’t be taking on anything new or complicated!

Still hanging, managed a 2 hour sleep on the sofa. Off for a bath soon and after my blowout back to being a model TTC pupil tomorrow 🙄🙈

@bez91 yes, but not until next weekend, I want to ride it out rather than checking every five minutes, plus we are away a few days so I want to properly enjoy the break, so what ifs are parked until Friday
@Kirky658 don’t you do anything more than the bare minimum, anyone who expects any more is a fool anyway...

@Kirky658 I got proper stressed before mat leave and essentially stropped off a week early...try not to worry this week, it basically no longer matters! Hang in there 💜

Made OH and his friend a roast for when they got home from santapod and I've never seen two men so happy for food before!! Literally just cooked and cleaned today getting the house ready for Tuesday! My back and legs in bits now though so OH went and got me some chocolate and now I'm waiting for love island, perfect Sunday! Hope everyone's had a lovely Sunday too❤️

I had a hycosy last month which came back all clear and I've got repeat bloods tomorrow for progesterone and thyroid function - I'm currently in my tww so just praying that they confirm I've ovulated!

I think we’re similar cycles again @feliznavidad2 - think I’m about 6/7DPO and also horrendously bloated. I ate bread for the first time in ages so think it’s probably linked to that rather than hormones for me! Good luck this cycle.

Good luck with your last week @Kirky658. I finished early with my first and had such a lovely time totally chilling out before the birth. At one point I ironed baby vests - I’ve literally not picked up the iron again in the last seven years!

Hope your knee is holding up @Minster2012 - will the GP prescribe a short prednisolone course to take down the inflammation?

The blimmin' spotting has started this am 🙄 and my blood test has been cancelled as the staff are off sick - have managed to rearrange it somewhere else later on thankfully as not waiting another month for one blood test. 😖

Well CD32 here. If OV happened with the pains I felt then that was 6 days ago so I'm just waiting it out now either near @feliznavidad2 & @GuessHowMuch or most likely no ovulation

@bez91 aren't i!! And for his friend, who he only told me was having some after I bought a beef joint for 2 people🙄 @Minster2012 that's what I'm stressing about girls!! It's not on the market yet, they're coming tomorrow to take the pictures, but obviously with 2 dogs it's going to be a task keep it clean, so I did the bathrooms, showers, conservatory, skirting boards yesterday, today fresh bedding on beds, sofas cleaned and plumped up, hoover and mop then I'll re hoover and mop like 3 times tomorrow before they come at 4😂 hard to make the garden look nice too when the weather is awful and there's a shit load of wood in the corner for the burner🙄

Actually talking of couriers... my delivery of Proceive has gone missing. It came yesterday whilst we were out and it just says "delivered to your neighbour" no bloody house number! With a photo of a man taking delivery with tattoos all over his arms. There are only 7 houses on the street, majority of them 80+, no one with tattoos so who knows where it is 🤦🏼‍♀️

@bez91 I hate it when that happens. Last winter I found a parcel in my garden that the courier had chucked over the fence - I gave it back to the neighbour in a random house across the street who had been looking for it like mad and tried to match up the pic to the garden gate lol.

@Bookbug92 welcome! I had my hycosy in Feb/Mar I think - I hope your flushing yields better results though!

@vil10 ha that made me think of an early episode of Mad Men where the main guy brings home a colleague for dinner without telling his wife and she only had two steaks. In true 50s housewife style she served them the two steaks and just sat there eating iceberg lettuce lol
