TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

Checking in after family get together which has been so nice and I've drank too much. Could tell my cousins fiancé wasn't herself so asked if she was ok. We chat quite a bit through text as she suffered with PND like i did and we live miles away from one another. She just found out she's pregnant but early scan shows only a yolk sac, so not looking great. Told her in my drunken state about my MCs, she needs to chat to me etc so feels good to be able to hopefully help someone IRL

Morning, did we get another troll? @bez91 that sounds good! Nothing to report, but dtd in the morning, I decided to not log this ‘period’, was it? So I’ll live in limbo for a while...

My official day of freedom today! But not DDs so basically not mine either 😂
She's currently feeding her baby 'nana pawidge' ironic given she refused to eat that exact breakfast I just made her 😂
Got a few bits to sort out today and then going to send OH to the dump; might go and buy a nice coffee 😂

Just realised that this time next week we will know whether baby is a boy or a girl hopefully 🤞🏼 trying to keep my anxiety levels low but struggling now the symptoms are subsiding to keep grounded, but second trimester is here!

@bez91 hope your head isn't too sore this morning and it sounds like you were a lovely person for your cousins fiance, hopefully she feels she can chat to you 💕 xx

@Minster2012 your poor knee 😭 not what you need whilst you've got so much else going on. Try and rest it as much as you can xx

Right, if we want to leave by 10 now would be the time to pack right? I can’t be arsed is a couple of days so I’ll throw some clothes in a bag and I always have a list of ds essentials,... if I forget his special teddy nobody will sleep kinda thing

Yep all fine now and I had a negative PCR swab yesterday so that's reassuring too; I seem to have avoided it so I must be a good arguement for pregnant people being double vaccinated !!

@Justanothercyster oh god that sounds awful, I'd hate it even when not pregnant!! I think if anything happened to my dogs that would be the last straw for me, same with my OH, the amount of times we've cancelled plans because the dogs have been unwell, I bet you were worried out your mind!! Hope your time away has been better since all the palava x

@NinaJames im so sorry about your cp in June and big congratulations on your BFP now, but please before you comment on threads think about what you're typing, majority of the women on this thread have had awful TTC journeys or are going through investigations, or IVF, or have lost their babies, and would absolutely kill to conceive just off doing the deed once

I found it quite insensitive (not to me personally as I'm fortunate to only be on cycle 5) and in honesty it slightly pissed me off!

Head is sore this morning, thought i could keep up with the young ones doing shots in the kitchen 🙈 I got 4 hours sleep, DH has now been asleep for 11.5 hours. There isn't any justice 🙄 cousins gf said she'd msg me today. Hope she does.

After a rest in bed & trying to get it into position, I shall have to go to the doctors. On the house we have movement from the buyers totally incompetent solicitor & have a potential completion date of 24th august. They haven't mentioned an exchange yet though which I'm gonna push for this week. Now I'm bricking it I don't have a clue where stuff is gonna go in this house cos it won't "go" at all. The kitchen here makes no sense & doesn't fit anything! I've already had to take shelves out to get cereal in! Eeek.

I don't know why anyone would come on MN after conceiving first cycle and choose to post their news in this thread, never mind any 🙄 I was only lurking on MN when I first started trying and didn't join in the chat until I realised it wasn't going to be quick. There's nothing to offer anyone or gain yourself from posting on MN if you simply conceive with ease in cycle 1!

Saw your knee injury @Minster2012 hope it's not as bad as it looks! Is an ice bath tempting? Actually what's your bath like in your new house, you had a lovely one in the old house!

@Juno231 cycle 16 when we didn't properly try but still DTD a couple of times, it happened for me so it really could for you!

Come to the dreaded Meadowhall with OH and eldest to do a bit of school shopping and I've sneaked off on my own fit a mooch and a coffee, just feel so meh and in desperate need of an hour to myself - feeling guilty but I'm horrible at the minute and so short tempered they're probably glad for a break!
