TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

@Manifestingbaby its hcg so yeah it maybe does. It upsets my stomach, I know that much. I dunno why they gave it me being the ovulation test showed i was going to ovulate anyway. I hate it.

Thank you for tagging me on the new bus! I am still hurting, I hope my mc will be over soon, I want to move past this immediately but must be patient with my body. I am naturally wondering whether there is something up with me. Started tracking my cycles in December and found I am irregular. I am trying not to be negative but it is hard atm.
Fortunately my family have been very supportive and caring, delivering hot water bottles and chocolate!

Gym sesh booked for 8pm 😫, I hate having to book as AF has really had me the last few days and could easily crawl into bed but I suppose it forces me to go

@Minster2012 yes that's the same as us but the help to buy, I don't have the help to buy account and we don't want a new build so I don't think it's valid?? I'm not sure though, that's just what I was told and like @Juno231 said, I wouldn't be able to afford a mortgage of that size on my own😩 it's such a stress isn't it all this house shit!!

@Juno231 we knew about stamp duty and knew about it for a second property but didn't realise it would be so much!! We've decided to sell, im a bit gutted but it's what needs to be done!!

@Kirky658 glad you had a lovely night! You're right, sometimes things aren't ideal but we need to do what we need to do sometimes x

@Laurenxx94 everyone keeps saying to me "just enjoy the process" but I just find it stressful😂 I'm not really sure how it would work with the help to buy etc because my OH isn't a first time buyer so we aren't getting that, but I hope it works well for you and isnt as stressful😂x

@paintfairy it's such a ball ache! I've already looked at quite a few rented properties and all say no dogs😩 and I don't think I want to waste money I've saved renting! We're just hoping the house sells quick and we can get our dream house!!!

So girls we have the estate agents coming on Tuesday to take pictures of the house to put it up for sale, feel slightly emotional but quite excited which I'm surprised about!

We came back from Wales today, we were planning to come home tomorrow but the weather was crappy. I also feel really strongly that baby's gonna make an appearance soon... So I wanted to be home!!!

DH is pissing me off, the whole week he has become a pregnancy expert, you have nausea, means not pregnant, big boobs, af on the way, spotting that stop, definitely test was negative then, well, if you so much despise the idea of being pregnant, I'll just stop trying and then everyone will be happy and I don't get heartbroken and stressed every month

@Franklydear I don't know what's worse. Being like that or uninterested! Which is what I've got. Men. 🙄 Although he did just watch a fertility clinic webinar with me. Men!
@bez91 I dunno, deflated? We were meant to dtd last night and again in 2 days. So far nothing. Why i have to beg i don't know. I did tell him after the appointment. I just get fed up being the one to have to drive everything? Although I would be surprised if they didn't inseminate too late to be honest so it's probably pointless after anyhow. I was bleeding when I went by to the toilet this morning which means usually I'm in my lp. Hoping the pessaries put a stop to it. I'm very angry. It may be the drugs.

I half see why dh feels not part of it though. Maybe its partly my fault. But he can't come to anything. Then we just watched a webinar for 1 clinic option where they said you STILL have to drop sperm off (clinic is more than 30 mins away) which leaves us with the whole same issue we had at the hospital. Because the sample we did from home was dire. And he was like- how come the woman gets to go in and is seen properly, yet the men just have to shove their sperm through a hatch? And he's kind of right. Its a private clinic so if I was paying 6k or whatever I think I would expect a room to do it in! Bloody covid.
I could rant more. I'll stop. 🤣

@paintfairy @Kirky658 yes,exactly, nearly had me in tears this evening, came home from work and decided that my bit of spotting stopping clearly means I am not pregnant, I said that I dont know and will test next week if unsure, no, he goes he is sure, well what should I know if your opinion is the only one that counts maybe you can do this on your own, the whole week he has been you’re been late clearly means you can be pregnant, in fact I am so fed up I kinda hope I am not and give up

Means you can’t be pregnant, if autocorrect was right I wouldn’t need a patio, just before going away as well

@franklydear maybe he's trying to manage his expectations as you've been spotting but he should be supporting you, it's a difficult situation to be in!

@Kirky658 I think so but he’s making it so rubbish for me to the point I wish I am not pregnant rather than hopeful, it’s been so long, and with everything, today I had enough, why try if all he’s gonna do is invalidate my feelings, he is playing video games with ds, so I’ve come to my room and put a movie, I put a pad on I’ll check in the morning, I’ll recheck his tt too, maybe it is time to stop

@paintfairy iui sounds like such a slog,I can see why you would feel jaded. OH has a point about them not facilitating him to do his bit, it's a bit grim really isn't it. But yeah he could be a bit more proactive.

@Franklydear sounds like your OH is just putting his foot in it left right and centre! Agree with kirky that he is probably being pessimistic to gaurd himself but he's not doing you any favours is he. Sorry you are feeling so pissed off. Maybe sleep on itand have a word tomorrow x

Thanks for the new bus @larrythelizard. I fell off the last bus after my squinter (which wasn’t) and then a huge flare of my rheumatoid. Made the decision to pause TTC to focus on getting well again but that ended up 🍆 mid-cycle anyway.

Really sorry to hear you’ve had such an awful time of it @LeeTTCRainbow, especially with the horrible milestones.

@Manifestingbaby I know you and @Kirky658 are probably right, but I could have killed him, promise, spotting is the worst and I hate the maybes, but surely he should be able to understand that it ain’t easy for me either

I'm at the same point I was last month when I tested a d got my BFP, then started light spotting so really now I'm in denial and won't test so it doesn't happen again 🤷🏽‍♀️

Random question but do you count CD1/AF as the day you start spotting or the day you heavy bleeding if another day?

@lexber cd1 is full flow, spotting doesn't count

@vil10 just remember it's a renters market so don't be scared to approach one's that say no pets or 12 month contract only cause in reality a lot of them will be happy to budge just to get someone in. Check openrent as it's tougher via agencies

@Lexber ive asked this so many times , apparently it's when you are in heavy flow and by guidelines if it's after a certain time at night u class it as next day 😬 mines always came through the night which was annoying but there's so many conflicting info!

@paintfairy ahh 😔you're very entitle to rant, you've been through a lot and that's really tough on the both of you. I can see why men feel detached from the situation but it's your body that has to go through the shit so he could be more supportive. I hope you can get on the same page soon.

I've started taking iron sachets when AF ongoing, for a good 6 months just feel so shitty when on and never did before so guessing may be low iron 🤷‍♀️ they seem to be doing the trick this month just make ne feel sick instead. Anyone else had this?

@bez91 have you had your iron levels tested? If your periods are very heavy it's very probable you could be a bit anaemic x
