TTC Bus 46 - where we're all off on our holidays (let's hope that means more BFPs - rubbish results for July!)

Mad scramble from the opposite side of the country to where I normally live to keep the bus running as @minster2012 still has connectivity issues. I'm on holiday in Suffolk with only limited signal so very likely to have missed people, particularly any newbies - it's not personal, I'm very sorry and in exchange I won't charge you for the ticket!

Here is the bus where anything goes, and chat isn’t just TTC it’s anything. Ranting very much encouraged to her things off your (are they sore boobs?!) chest. The last bus had loads of work promotions too & we’ve still got interviews so hopefully it’s a lucky bus in more ways than just making babies...let's hope this one has more BFPs and more house luck!

We are here to help and support each other & anything goes. We’ve had losses, heartache & some super fertile short ride passengers so welcome all.

Sorry for going AWOL, I've been in limbo waiting for my next blood results 😩

My bHCG results were:

14dpo: 46
16dpo: 67
18dpo: 59

I'm now 20dpo so 5 weeks tomorrow and although I know it's a non-viable pregnancy, nothing is happening...no real pain or any bleeding at all

I still have sore boobs and feel slightly nauseous. My BBT and RHR are still high...it's like my body hasn't realised it needs to miscarry

I'm not due to be seen again at EPU until next Thursday when they want to recheck my bHCG as they've not ruled out ectopic yet as I'm having left sided pain (although obviously nothing showed on the scan as my HCG levels were too low)

I just want to get it over with and was hoping it would happen over the weekend so I don't need to miss work and have to explain why but nothing is happening...will they give me something to start it if nothing has happened by next Thursday?

Can anyone who's been through a chemical/early MC give me any insight into when it's likely to happen?

Oh ladies I'm having a hairmare. Got it done yesterday & they did it curly for wedding today. Then shagging twice & sleeping has fucked it. Now it's raining & so I can't curl it better (I've never been able to do wavy) & if I try straighten it I think it will look like a worse botch job, eeeekkk

Hey ladies!! Didn't manage to catch up yesterday as had to go into work and ended up being a 10 hour day again, but that's it now until the 6th September!! OH is away with friends from work at some cottage in the lakes today and over night so a chilled one for me and I can't bloody wait!!

@paintfairy I've decided RHR means nothing as I'm nearly 19 weeks pregnant and mines still at 50bpm and not changed at all 🤷🏽‍♀️ Yay to choosing a clinic though 🥳

@lucyrp ugh going over is horrible. I hated the limbo of not knowing if my son was going to come naturally or not. He was an induction job and it was fine. Fingers crossed it happens naturally soon 🤞

@clolo hey sorry for the delay! On a plane to Santorini right now, due to for take off, so been a hectic 24 hours! The call was unrelated thank god. Was a consultant calling due to it being an ivf pregnancy and being higher risks of things. Just pure coincidence that it came 3 hours after my scan, so crisis averted!! Thanks for checking in, how are you?

@polkadotpixie have EPU already seen you and given you a scan? If so they're likely to compare the scans on Thursday to see if there's any growth etc in line with your dates. I've had both a CP and MMC but I'm not sure if they'll say wait it out or give you the option of management at this stage but they may give you the option to take tablets to start the process. Sorry you're going though this. It's truly shit 💕

@bez91 Yes, I had a scan in EPU on Thursday and they couldn't see anything (I was 4+4 then but HCG was only 59 and I think it has to be over 1000 roughly to see anything on a scan) so I'm not surprised. My HCG isn't rising at all but it's barely dropping either so I hope they give me some tablets to bring it on

My lines aren't really getting any lighter and I'm still panicking about an ectopic as apparently static HCG can signify that. I just want it over with 😩😭

Alice is actually feeding OK at the min, she's taking her 40 prescribed mls of expressed breast milk and she actually drank the full amount from me this morning I wanted to cry with happiness! I'm meant to be reviewed for discharge today but not getting my hopes up as they said that yesterday...one day at a time, baby steps.

@polkadotpixie so sorry you're going through this, fingers crossed Thursday will provide some more clarity for you 😘 this sounds similar to my situation and eventually they were classed as pregnancy of unknown location, I started bleeding naturally a few days later xxx

Had the weirdest dream last night, dreamt I was heavily pregnant and it was the day before my due date and I hadn't packed my hospital bag or had even bought any stuff thst I'd need! So I was watching YouTube tutorials on what I need in my hospital bag and was rushing round town trying to get it all before I went into labour😂

Sorry just me again, who can tell I'm bored😂 so I'm only 5dpo but got some uncomfortable weird twinges in my right side like on the inside of my ovary, someone please tell me I'm being ridiculous thinking this is a symptom this early on

Hi all! I've missed you, but I need to take regular breaks from thinking about my fertility!

I've had my day 21 and day 2 bloods and both were normal, had an ultrasound today and that all looks normal so that's.... good news?! Anyone know what will happen next? I already have one child so I'm wondering if I won't be eligible for any further support.

We're just about to move so suspect I might need to do this all again at my new surgery but we'll see.

A really close friend became pregnant after being the person I could talk to about infertility... so feeling pretty lonely right now!

@bez91 glad you enjoyed! Yeah I know right, scared the life out of me, and a text saying "it's the hospital dr calling" I was incensed when I couldn't get bk through but it was just about letting me know I'll get growth scans in third trimester and a GTT.

Ladies I've been discharged after 11 nights in hospital! It feels so surreal to be home and I cried leaving Alice in the hospital earlier but I know it's where she needs to be. X

At guessing 4 dpo I am having the most uncomfortable pulling cramps, I am diagnosing gas!

Ah the effort wasn't for OH, had a lunch date with my pal so obvs got tarted up for her, he gets me in his joggers and t shirts complaining about my spots, back ache, hip pain and the inability to breath, sleep or eat. I'm a delight!

@Kirky658 really glad you got the all clear and got home, had a quick squint catch up on what's been happening with you on here and the sidecar.... wow! Rest up and look after yourself, before you know it Alice will be home with you and you'll be in the best health possible ready for life as a family of 3 ❤️

@pennysays I think it may vary by location but I was secondary infertility and we had two SA's, Hycosy and ovulation induction (clomid & letrozole) on the NHS

@Kirky658 that must have been so hard for you but like you say she's in the best place and doing so well from what you've said.

We went into London today for a family day out. My thighs have got chubby from my ivf/pregnancy weight gain and I got thigh rub from a midi dress I was wearing 😭 I had to run into shops buying leggings and a top as it was agony 😬

@polkadotpixie it's horrible waiting for rescans when you know it's not good news. Hope everything is ok on Thursday and things move on the way you want 💕

@Crazydoglady123 arrgh sounds uncomfortable 😣 I usually use a bit of talc. Useful for me too on what nhs did for you for secondary infertility, may be a bit different as going the recurrent MC route but still helpful thankyou 😊

Well had another dream I was pregnant last night, really hoping it's a sign🤞🏼 my pregnant friend who was insensitive messaged me yesterday asking how all the tests and stuff are going so I said I have my repeat prolactin tomorrow then phone app to discuss results on Friday and then OH has his on the 9th, and her reply "orite didn't know he was having tests too, do they automatically do that when you go to the doctors?" I thought what a stupid fucking thing to say, of course we both have tests??? Then I explained if his weren't right he'd have to re do in 3 months and then god knows how long the rest of the process was, and her reply "it's not that long really in the great scheme of things" coming from the girl who got pregnant both times within 2 cycles, ye hun not long👍🏼 dick

@Vil10 I actually want to smack your friend one for saying that. Did you say anything back to that last comment? It's so easy to take all the emotional turmoil and monthly disappointment for granted unless it's you!

@Justanothercyster I just put "well of course we both need tests otherwise how are they going to find out who's got the problem if either of us? I mean it's easy to say "it's not that long" when you aren't going through it, we've already been on this journey for almost 19 months so yeah it is a long process in the grand scheme of things", you'd think being a midwife she'd understand a little and having the empathy, but saying "it's not that long" wow
