Blood test results

Hi

I recently had a full medical blood test done privately which included hormonal tests. I have suspected PCOS but over the years my results have fluctuated and scans have shown no cysts.

I have relatively long cycles 36-46 days I am not yet trying to convince but wanted more of a idea of my cycles so I do ovulation tests. I receive a peak every month 13/14 days before my period like clockwork.

I have been told my LH is high however it wasn’t taken on the right days as I wasn’t taking the test for these reasons it was just included. The test was done on day 8 of my cycle.

My results are

FSH - 8.7 IU/l
LH - 13.4 IU/l
Oestradiol 164 p/mol
TSH- 1.75 Miul

I have been told all of these is normal but my LH suggests PCOS ?
