Complicated Conception...

Hi,
This is my first post - I'm just looking to hear from people who may have experienced similar or have any knowledge to share as I feel like I've reached the ends of the internet researching this!

My BF and I are TTC. However there are a couple of complicating factors!
My cycle has been irregular-since I came off contraception in 2018, although normally between 24-47 days. However last year I went through a tough time mentally and ended up on a cocktail of medication- olanzapine for 6 months, lamotrogine for 3 and most predominant, a high dose (300mg) of Venlaflaxine from December. Since taking the Venlaflaxine, I've had the longest cycles I've ever experienced, one 73 day and I'm currently on day 68 of the next! Having spoken to the right professionals, I'm now reducing my dose until I'm medication free, but this will take a few months. I just wondered if anyone had anything similar or knew any more?

I also wondered if anyone had any top tips on conceiving?!
Thank you Smile
