Hi Ladies , we have been TTC since last 6 months via home insemination with no luck . I feel really upset and feel I will never be able to get pregnant . I am 34, so I am not sure if I am overthinking , I get really upset when I find out I am not pregnant every month. I know 6 months is not a long time , but can anyone shares some tips for home insemination. Thanks

Hello!
I am currently pregnant with a home insemination pregnancy! After THREE YEARS of trying so I feel your frustration and pain
My tips would be learn your cycle to a T! Timing is everything and have an orgasm after every one :) I also inseminated twice A day with a donor and the last one just before bed and to lie down 30 mins after :)
I also took ovulation support (you can buy this on Amazon ) on the month I caught
GOOD LUCK and don't give up it does work!
