Need another pair of eyes, because I can’t make sense of these test..
First month TTC using the test strips.. the last one was taken tonight, am I ovulating? Also if I do get a positive does that mean I’ve missed ovulation or I’m due to ovulate?
Thanking in advance
Baby dust to all of u x

Did you mean to post a photo? Because I can’t see it Smile

Also, you are typically fertile for 24-48 hours after a positive result.

Which ones are you using? I'm using clear blue- the flashing smiley face means you are high for LH so have sex as will be ovulating soon. The static smiling face means you are ovulating.

I'm ttc cycle 1 and am using the strips for the first time. DTD daily to help it along! 💕

The test strips are the cheapies Amazon ones. I did try the clear blues but a whole month I never got a static smiley face so gave up on them and read a lot of people saying these Amazon were as good as x
So let’s see x
I’m day 10 of my cycle...

I also used Amazon test strips to get pregnant. (Mommed) They show a very faint line throughout the whole cycle, but gets darker as you reach ovulation. The same colour as the control line.

I got pregnant the first month I used the Mommed test strips. Did a test every day of the cycle so I knew for sure when I was ovulating.

Thank you- baby dust to you too. I have a Fitbit that tracks my temperature so this first month am tracking using both. Before we started TTC I looked at the ovulation predictor and bbt on my Fitbit - comparing to the sticks this month I think my Fitbit predicts my ovulation 3 days earlier/ I have a later window than my 25day cycle would expect. If I overlay with my temp I'm hoping to hit peak Wednesday or Thursday (my bbt should hopefully be 0.5higher than baseline those days) . I have enough sticks for Friday so if something hasn't happened I'll buy some more sticks to fully understand my cycle.

If all goes well AF won't arrive on 16th August 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾. An amazing bday present to DH.

Baby dust to us all x

Aww that would defo be an amazing present .. x
I’m trying to do the opposite, if I fall pregnant this month fingers crossed bundle of joy arrival will be May ( anniversary month) and if I fall pregnant next month ( arrival will be June) which is hubby bday month)
My period is due 19th I am on a 28 day cycle..

Here’s hoping this is our month..
keep me updated would love to hear what your outcome is using the Fitbit..

@JLL1990 wow the first month bet that was a great surprise.

I’m using the one-step. Il try the ones you mentioned..
I normally test couple days after my period .. for a week and half, then stop as after that I know it’s too late to be ovulating.. but maybe I should test throughout (excluding my period)

Sending you lots of luck @Ziadean!! My ovulation day was around CD21-24 so if you don’t get a positive, perhaps try for longer.

I’ve got my fingers crossed for you 🤞

So this morning I finally saw a peak on my CB OPK 🥳. yesterday afternoon I felt certain something was happening on my left side and could also feel/see CM - told hubby to get back from drinks to DTD🤣 but when I did a OPK it was still high so figured ovulation took place at some point in the last 15hrs. Will hopefully DTD again today -might be sneeky and initiate a quickie between meetings 😈...

On the Fitbit front, even though my cycle has always been regular it seems my ovulation (based on 1 TTC cycle) is later than they predicted so it's said it can't track my fertile window. The temp tracker doesn't seem to be helpful as my temp has been +0.5 since yesterday so I thought I'd already ovulated (thank goodness DH ignored my pity party and encouraged DTD) - conclusion: won't be using Fitbit as my only fertility monitor.

Baby dust to anyone reading this! Xx
