TMI POST

So I've never tracked my cervix before, and ive recently come off the pill (3 weeks ago) due to the horrid side effects to my mood and anxiety etc.
I am trying to use cycle tracking/cm tracking/cervix tracking as a form of contraception (risky i know, but not the end of the world if i get pregnant either) and i am just so confused with my cervix tracking, and google is just so vague!

So i had some EWCM 19th & 20th July which to me means ovulation. 5 days ago i started PMS symptoms, sore boobs/nipples, mood swings, general feeling of being a dark pit of hopelessness (havent missed periods haha!) but my cervix is high and open with white lotiony CM which google says means i am fertile - i seem to be having ovulation symptoms a week apart?!
I also have a very 'damp' feeling but with no CM on undies.

Can anyone shed light on their cervix tracking and any weird little hiccups?
PS - Im day 23 after stopping taking my pill so no AF yet.
