Could I be pregnant

Myself and my boyfriend had unprotected sex 3 days after my period ended, and then again 4 days before I was due to ovulate according to my period tracker ( I must state my periods are always irregular so whether my ovulation day was correct I don't know) i'm now on 2 days before I supposedly ovulate. Could I be pregnant? What are my chances for falling pregnant?

Yes it was 2 days ago! I'm been reading and it's said that my chances are very low from having unprotected sex just the once! Like apparently the percentage isn't very high to fall pregnant

If you had unprotected sex 2 days ago and don’t want to get pregnant you still have time to take the morning after pill if you get to the chemist now.

Then call your gp or sexual health clinic on Monday to get some reliable contraception. Good luck.

If it was 4 days before ovulation that you had unprotected sex, then you absolutely can get pregnant and in fact would have been in your fertile window. Sperm can live in the body for up to a week. If you don't want to fall pregnant then you need to go to a pharmacy today if possible, as previous poster said.

If you arent interested in having a baby ypu need to buy some condoms or get a reliable form of contraception going on.

@holsxx I have a 10 year old from sex once at age 30. And a 5 year old from sex twice at 35.

Babies happen. If you don't want one, there's still time to make sure.

I love my children dearly, and their conception was planned. It was just frighteningly easy and not something that would have been welcome at 20.

Thanks everyone! It's not that I wouldn't want a baby! I guess it's one of them things, I just kinda wanted to know what my odds were or how easy it actually is because a lot of stuff I've read say it's not really likely

Well, you’re 20 so you’re probably very fertile and it only takes 1 sperm! Start taking folic acid and vitamin d if a baby is on the cards. Best of luck.

Just the fact you had sex means you could be pregnant. No method of contraception is 100% guaranteed.
