Morning everyone! How are we all doing?

Not much to report my end. Currently CD8 and starting OPKs today. This cycle I've added in zinc, myoinositol and co-Q10 my temps have been much lower than normal and RHR too! Follicular phase temps are usually 36.10-36.30 but this month they are ranging from 35.90-36.10. RHR is usually 60-65 but again lower. Not sure if these supplements would have this effect or not 🤷🏻‍♀️

@LemonDrizzle44 I can't remember, do you have PCOS? If so, maybe it's the myoinositol? Do you temp orally or vaginally? My temps are normally 36.2-36.5 in the follicular phase but I temp vaginally

I'm 7dpo at the moment, pretty sure AF will be coming though, my boobs have stopped hurting and I want to kill my husband for breathing so my standard PMT 🙄 Hoping my luteal phase will hold out to 10 days again this month though 🤞

@polkadotpixie haven't been diagnosed with PCOS. My bloods was pointing in that direction but scan was clear. Am awaiting gynae appointment to investigate further. I temp orally. I was thinking it's probably the myoinositol.

Month before last I had a very strong positive on an IC which turned out to be false. Following month I fell PG and then miscarried, now I've got another faint positive on an IC which I'm sure will again be a false positive. Why does this shit keep happening! DH has just argued with me about me obsessing over these lines but I'm just desperate :( Though even I know not to get happy over this. I haven't peed on any other sticks but I know what the outcome will be

Chart and false positive (until proven otherwise) for anyone interested! Steer clear of one steps was an advice I gave myself but too easily accessible on Amazon 😞

@LemonDrizzle44 Hopefully it's doing something good 🤞

@MrsTwentyNine Any update on the possible BFP? I don't really like those One Step tests but you can get Easy@Home on Amazon for a reasonable price. Hopefully you've got a blazing BFP now anyway and won't need to buy any more anyway!

I'm 9dpo now, temp is still high but crashed at 10dpo last cycle so it's too early to tell really. PMT rage seems to have eased off and I've felt quite nauseous the last couple of days but I've just started a new diet so could be hunger 😂 I'll see how my temps hold up the next couple of days and test at 11dpo if I don't get my usual pre-AF drop

After some advice or reassurance or maybe someone has been through something similar before?

I had a internal pelvic scan on 6th august which showed I had definitely ovulated from my right side, and my left side is polycystic.

I had a peak ovulation test on 1st August which was CD33, so late I suppose?

I'm now CD42, and my been monitoring my BBT which is as below;

30/7 = 36.03
31/7 = 36.04
1/8 = 36.60
4/8 = 36.80
5/8 = 36.50
6/8 = 36.59
8/8 = 36.60
9/8 = 36.70
10/8 = 36.60

There's obviously been an increase with ovulation and it has stayed relatively up there since.

I don't want to test because I can't face another BFN. I wonder if I'm reading too much into it?

I feel sick, have the sweats and feel a bit blurgh, but that could be nerves or anxiety haha

Does this seem normal?!

@acupofteamakeseverythingbetter think I am 13/14 dpo today.. feel strong cramps down there and took temp in a long time this morning to see if it has stayed up, initially read with my sleepy eyes for temp to be 36.97 but realised it's gone down to 36.47 instead.. so expect it will be here by tomorrow. Where we've done everything and still the 🧙‍♀️ shows up is the lowest point for anyone TTC.. I hope this passes..

Hi @beth1311 do you use an app which shows your temps in a graph? Sometimes these are easier to interpret.

@beth1311 do you chart using FF and temp at the same time in the morning? Post ovulation temp range anywhere between 36.4 - 37.0 or whatever is normal for everyone. If you've DTD in ur fertile window & ur temp stays above pre-ovulation range would say u r def in the game. Let us know how u get on, will keep everything crossed for u 🤞

I use ferometer for logging my BBT as it gives a chart. I didn't like FF for some reason! I'll post a pic down below.

I'm a bit worried I'm out and just having a really long cycle as I've ovulated so late. My cycles are normally 32 days, and I ovulated CD33, seems weird!

That is weird you're having a longer cycle but I would wait until you're about 11dpo at least to test but I know how disheartening BFN can be!!

I don't think it matters that your cycle is longer though so long as you've ovulated which was confirmed at your scan so I guess you're just in the TWW even though it's taken ages to even get to this point with a long cycle!

Keep us updated and I'll keep everything crossed for you. You're not out until AF shows x

Everything seems promising, I don't want to get my hopes up although it's so hard! I'll keep temping, and see what happens.
When you're on holiday 2 weeks flies by, when you're in this 2WW it feels like an eternity xx

13dpo here. Haven’t tested but got all the AF signs so think I’m definitely out. AF due on Saturday…hard to keep spirits up, I just want this to happen!! Grrr.

@polkadotpixie BFN on a CB digital yesterday evening (I believe 10DPO!) so I think those darn false positives were at it again! I'm waiting for a FRER to turn up this evening on 11DPO to rule it out fully :( Temps are going up but no idea

@polkadotpixie how are you feeling today ? Ahh nausea is something to be excited about! I get happy with nausea but I know it's always my intermittent fasting 😂

@MrsTwentyNine Still a bit nauseous and my temp and RHR are still high (although temp dropped a bit today) but my boobs aren't hurting anymore and I'm having my usual pre-AF cramps so not very hopeful 😞 Hoping it was just too early for a digital to pick up for you, if your temps are still up you're definitely not out!

CD11 today and got a positive opk and tonnes of EWCM (sorry TMI) which I don't usually get. Another nice short cycle this month thankfully. DTD last night, will do tonight and tomorrow and wait for the temp rise.
