I'm 10dpo today and wanting to test soon 🙈 I don't usually test at all, just wait for AF to show but my temp is the highest it's ever been and my resting heart rate has increased too!

@acupofteamakeseverythingbetter ur chart looks quite promising along with RHR (70+)😍. Last time my RHR went anywhere near 70s was when I was PG. So exciting, 🤞this is it for you! Keep us posted.

I’m CD7 here just gearing up for ovulation which is normally CD11 or 12. Got first GP appointment on Thursday.

Me and DH have our first GP appointments this morning - fingers crossed we get a helpful GP. x

How did you get on at the appointment? @Hopefulhedgehog

Good thank you for asking @acupofteamakeseverythingbetter. GP was really nice. We had each booked an appointment one after the other so he took time to talk to each of us then both together. He is referring me for day 21 bloods but not sure when I can get those due to blood bottle shortage, hopefully next month. He said he didn’t expect any hormonal problem as I have very regular cycles and if those came back ok the next step would be to refer us to fertility centre for assessment. Happy to just have the ball rolling with that.

How are you feeling? Has the news sunk in yet?

That's good, glad it all went well @Hopefulhedgehog it's just nice to feel like you're being proactive with these things like blood tests and appointments. Hopefully those tests will give you some more insight. Will you partner have semen analysis too?

To be honest I feel like a bit of a fraud at the minute lol! I don't have any symptoms as it's still very early. I keep swaying from feeling completely blessed and excited to absolutely terrified of having another MC.

My twin is pregnant and I'm only 2 and half weeks behind her so it's so lovely 🥰 but on the flip side I don't know how either of us will cope if something happens to either of us. But, for now I'm just taking it all one day at a time xx

@Hopefulhedgehog at least your GP sounds very helpful, that's good news. Hopefully they'll crack on with it all and you can get the ball rolling as you say.

@acupofteamakeseverythingbetter I know exactly how you feel I've been like that since my BFP too, one minute I feel really positive and the next all I can do is worry about having a miscarriage again, it's exhausting. I just keep telling myself if it's meant to be it will all be fine 🙂 and no amount of worrying will change anything. We've booked a private scan for Monday (I'll be just over eight weeks) so hoping for some reassurance from that 🤞🏼

@Thisriveriswild hopefully all goes well at your reassurance scan.

All my family keep telling me to not do anything too strenuous this time and look after myself but that makes me feel like I did something wrong last time to cause the miscarriage but I'm just trying to push those comments to the back of my mind xx

@acupofteamakeseverythingbetter I get that too..."don't strain yourself", "don't bend over like that", "don't lift that it's too heavy" 🙁 I know they're just trying to be nice but I know what you mean it makes me feel all weird too. I just try to be kind to myself as best as I can 🙂 otherwise the constant anxiety over everything would just drive me mad xx

Just had another CP this month 😭 which makes it 3 so far this year.. AF arrived today.. officially cd 1 💔
