I'm 7dpo if I ovulated on cd16 with spotting 5&6dpo
Or
I'm 10dpo if I ovulated on cd13 with spring on 8&9dpo

I think I ovulated cd15/16

My lower back is sore. I'm now in my heart of hearts I'm not pregnant
I ditched the opk so have no idea when I ovulated, just know it's between cd13-16

Today is the earliest af due, Sunday being the latest x
