Positive test after bleeding.. help please!

Hi, I had very faint positives a couple of weeks ago now and then last Saturday started bleeding which lasted until the Tuesday, I took this as a chemical pregnancy and my gp said to test again late this week just to make sure, but I told her I was pretty sure due to the amount of blood there was.
Anyway I’ve taken a test this morning just so I could let the gp know and it’s came back positive? The 2 lines came up instantly and even darker than the ones before.. confused now!

I'd talk to your gp- I imagine they'll get you in for a blood test or send you for an early scan.
If it was me I'd probably be guarding my heart a bit but I am keeping my finger crossed for you and wishing the best of luck xx

I’ll phone gp on Monday, thanks so much, I was just coming to terms with the chemical and now this has thrown me, trying not to over think it but easier said than done lol x

You can test positive until everything is gone. I tested positive for a few weeks after my last MC. Try and get an US organised to check that everything is clear.
